How long do I have to claim a lottery prize?
In Delaware, instant game prizes can be collected up to one year after the announced end of sales for the game. Draw game prizes can be claimed within one year from the date of the drawing.
How can I claim a winning ticket?
Prize claims under $600 can be claimed at any lottery retailer, DE Lottery office or by mail.
Prizes of $2,500 or less can be claimed at select Delaware Lottery Retailer Claim Centers.
Prizes of $5,001 and up can only be claimed at Delaware Lottery Offices.
Can lottery winners remain anonymous?
Yes. Delaware State law allows for Delaware Lottery winners to remain anonymous.
