Frequently Asked Questions
How does the 14-day free trial work?
You can cancel a paying plan within 14 days of signing up and you won’t be charged a thing. If you do choose to cancel your account in the future, you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. We cannot prorate for partial months or cancelling the annual plan early.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yep. Simply go to the Subscriptions tab in My Account. You can change your plan here at anytime.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. You can choose a monthly plan and cancel at anytime. The annual plan cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
What types of payments do you accept?
Currently we accept PayPal and all major credit cards.
Why don't you cover my state?
Some State Lotteries don’t share enough data about their scratch games for us to calculate an Edge. We’re as bummed as you. Don’t worry though, we’ll keep checking and add them when they do.
Does LottoEdge guarantee I will win?
Heck NO! The best we can do is crunch all the numbers and publish any Edge we find. Does identifying better odds make the chances of winning more likely? Yes – but it’s still a matter of probabilities and luck.
