TIP #2: DON'T PLAY PATTERNS
Draw games pull from a range of numbers and patterns aren’t likely to show up on the winning ticket. A winning ticket is unlikely to have of a pattern like 3, 13, 23, 33, 43. It also unlikely to be a straight range of numbers like 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15. Also, mix up your numbers by using both even and odd numbers.
TIP #3: PLAY THE RIGHT GAMES
Don't rely just on the overall odds to compare games. Check the odds of hitting specific prizes as prize odds can vary significantly between games, even games of the same ticket price.
TIP #4: PLAN AHEAD
Lottery winners in Massachusetts are not able to remain anonymous. However, lottery winners may be able to claim their winnings using a trust or LLC. Plan ahead and talk to a qualified attorney before making an major claims.

The MA Lottery doesn’t currently offer the ability to buy lottery tickets on their official website or allow 3rd party ticket brokers to sell tickets.
