What are the Arizona Pick 3 Play Types?
STRAIGHT: Select any three numbers. They must match the winning numbers in exact order to win.
BOX: Match the winning numbers in any order to win.
STRAIGHT/BOX: Select any three numbers. They can match in exact order or any order to win but an exact match has a higher prize.
PAIRS: Match the first two numbers in exact order (front pair) or the last two numbers in exact order (back pair).

How do I Play AZ Pick 3?
- PICK YOUR NUMBERS:
Ask for a Quick Pick and let the lottery terminal select the numbers for you, or choose one or two sets of three-digit numbers (000 – 999) of your own.
- BUY YOUR TICKET:
Pick one of four different play types: Straight, Box, Straight/Box or Pairs. Pick 3 tickets cost $1 per play. Pick 3 sales are suspended approximately one hour prior to the draw.
- PLAY MULTIPLE DRAWINGS:
You can play your numbers for up to 12 consecutive drawing dates on the same ticket. Just tell the cashier at the time of your purchase or mark the Number of Draws box on your selection slip.

Q: When are Pick 3 drawings held?
A: Drawings are held Monday through Sunday evenings.
Q: How often can I play my numbers?
A: You can play your numbers for up to 12 consecutive drawing dates on the same ticket. Just tell the cashier at the time of your purchase or mark the Number of Draws box on your selection slip.
Q: How long do I have to claim a prize?
A: For draw game tickets, 180 days from the date of the draw. Once a ticket has expired, it cannot be redeemed even if it is a winner.
What is Arizona Pick 3?
Arizona Pick 3 an evening draw game where you try to pick one or two sets of three numbers between 0 and 9 that match the winning numbers drawn to win a cash prize. You can also select Quick Pick and the random number generator will choose the numbers for you.
AZ Pick 3 drawings are held seven days a week and tickets cost $1 per play.
