Prize claims of $600 and below can be claimed at any NY lottery retailer, Lottery Customer Service Center or by mail.
Prizes of $601 and up can be claimed at a Lottery Customer Service Center, a local Prize Claim Center or by mail.

Unfortunately in the State of New York, winners currently cannot remain anonymous. A winner’s name, city of residence may be public information but the Lottery will not release your street address or telephone number.
