What is Kansas 2 by 2?
2 by 2 is a limited multi-state draw game with pre-determined prizes. Drawings are held at 9:30 p.m. CT everyday of the week. Sales stop approximately 31 minutes prior to the draw time. All Kansas Lottery numbers are available immediately after each drawing.
Players choose 2 red numbers from a pool of balls numbered 1 to 26 and 2 white numbers from a separate pool of balls numbered 1 to 26. If all your numbers match the drawn numbers, you win the top prize. Additional prizes can be won with partial matches.
Each KS 2 by 2 ticket is $1.

How do I Play Kansas Lottery 2by2?
- PICK YOUR NUMBERS:
Select 2 red numbers from 1 to 26 and 2 white numbers from a separate pool of balls from 1 to 26. Use a playslip to mark your numbers or mark the Quick Pick (QP) box to randomly select any or all of your numbers for each play.
- BUY YOUR TICKET:
2 by 2 tickets cost $1 per play. Kansas 2by2 sales are suspended 31 minutes prior to the draw.
- PLAY MULTIPLE DRAWINGS:
Request up to 28 consecutive draws either on the playslip or through the retailer. Advance Play lets you play multiple consecutive draws. Draws cannot be skipped.

**The maximum prize liability per draw is $220,000; however, for the Tuesday draw the maximum liability is $440,000. If there are more than 10 grand prize winners in a draw among the state lotteries, the maximum liability is paid on a pari-mutuel basis among the winning plays.

Q: What is Tuesday Double Prize Feature?
A: When you purchase a multi-draw 2by2 ticket for each day of the week (one or more plays for 7 consecutive draws or increments of 7 draws: 7, 14, 21, 28) your ticket qualifies for the 2by2 Tuesday Double Prize Feature. All prizes won on the Tuesday draw double in value! For example, if you purchase a seven draw ticket and you win the $22,000 jackpot on the Tuesday draw, your jackpot increases to $44,000! If you match one red ball or one white ball on the Tuesday draw, you win two free quick pick plays. A $100 prize will double to $200.

Prizes and Claims
A: Prizes must be claimed within 365 days of the draw date on which the prize was won.
Q: I lost my ticket. Can I claim a prize with a playslip or store receipt?
A: 2by2 prizes can only be claimed with a ticket printed from the lottery terminal. Playslips or store receipts will not constitute proof of purchase. Lottery tickets are bearer instruments, meaning the person who presents the ticket for claim will be presumed to be the owner. Always sign the back of any lottery ticket immediately. If you lose a ticket before you sign it, you no longer have valid ownership of the ticket.
